Drool-over-able Chocolate Cake ;-)

    For the record, yes, I CAN easily provide a list of reference's whom will confirm my subject line as being the truth, should you doubt it's authenticity o;-p.

    As I have previously mentioned, I ended up making cakes for my side of the families Christmas gathering this now past Christmas. And we did them up fancy like.

   Here is a picture of all of them on display in my sister's dining room.

    Today, we are zooming in on the Chocolate Cake.

    Actually, I've already shared that recipe with you. Back when I made it for Analyse's first Birthday. You can find the recipe, as well as cute pictures of it made both into regular sized and mini sized cupcakes HERE.

    I had had this idea of how to do it kind of fancy like for Christmas. At the store, I had Brian and Brandon dig through candy bins searching for a bag of the white and dark chocolate swirled candy kisses for me (which they did, successfully :-) THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!).  And according to all of 'my guys', I was making those "weird girlie noises" when my idea turned out looking exactly the way I had hoped it would. :-D

    Isn't it cute?!!!

   I had put little poofs of the chocolate frosting between the swirl kisses.
